This project is situated on a gentle hillside in the rural village of Alaminos. This exclusive cluster of forty traditionally inspired units are accessed by a private road which winds through the terraced complex to provide access to each property and the organic field right at the top. The development has been designed in two halves, each with a large communal swimming pool, spacious terraced areas with sun loungers and parasols, changing rooms and poolside showers. This development comprises of 16 one bedroom apartments, 16 two bedroom houses and 8 three bedroom houses. Emphasis has been given to space and privacy through the use of private terraced and spacious verandas, offering tranquil views of the hills and valleys around. The revival of Cypriot design has been achieved through the use of traditional stone features and architectural influences.
