It is the pioneer project in creating resorts of Polaris World. A large area of 700.000 m2, close to the sea, which boasts 750 properties and where we find all the necessary services to enjoy a perfect stay.
A magnificent Town Centre, where all the social, commercial and administrative activity is concentrated, is the axis around which the rest of the area is distributed. Its design is constantly referring to the Mediterranean tradition and style integrating the people, the natural elements and the street furniture perfectly.
Currently all the properties have been handed over and the resort benefits from all the services, including the 9 hole golf course designed by Dave Thomas. In the spring of 2006 the opening of a luxury five star hotel is planned, which will further amplify the service offer within the resort.
The enormous success achieved with this resort has encouraged Polaris World to extend the current surface with another 700.000 m2 offering new villas, townhouses and apartments. For this second phase Nicklaus Design will revise the landscaping of the existing 9 holes and add another 9 holes with the typical design of Nicklaus.
With all this, Mar Menor Golf Resort will turn into a 1.400.000 m2 resort with an 18 hole golf course, an Intercontinental 5 star hotel, and a wide service offer. |
